You may use our courses for personal learning and household gardening projects. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share course content (including videos, PDFs, worksheets, or lesson text) without prior written permission.

Access is provided online and may require a compatible device, stable internet connection, and a modern browser. You are responsible for your device, connectivity, and any fees charged by third parties.

If an account is required for certain features, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for purchases you make.

If a payment fails or is reversed, access to the paid course(s) may be suspended until payment is successfully completed. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid charges.

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for courses with less than 20% completion. Refund eligibility may be determined using course progress data (e.g., lesson completion).

Refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider and may take 5–10 business days after approval.

The following are typically not eligible for refunds: purchases outside the 14-day window, completed courses exceeding the 20% threshold, or violations of these Terms (including content sharing).

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: unauthorized access attempts, scraping content, probing security, interfering with other users, distributing malware, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

Community areas (if available) must be used respectfully. Do not post abusive, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict access where needed to maintain safety and compliance.

The Services and all included content are owned by Firmgate or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial learning.

You may not remove watermarks, copyright notices, or technical protections. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or logos without written permission.

We respect your privacy. We may process basic technical information (such as device and usage data) to operate, secure, and improve the Services. Where required, we provide cookie controls and consent options.

You can manage cookie preferences using the cookie banner controls (when shown). Necessary cookies may be used to remember essential settings such as consent status and theme preference.

Gardening outcomes vary by climate, soil, pests, water quality, sunlight, and many other factors. We provide educational guidance, not professional agricultural, medical, or legal advice. You assume responsibility for your results and decisions.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firmgate and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created risk for other users or the platform.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements, or operational practices. The “Effective” date above indicates when the latest version applies.

If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, such as posting an update on the website. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
