Do I need special tools?
No. We emphasize low-cost, common tools and DIY options. We also share “tool-free” alternatives whenever possible.
How do refunds work?
If a course isn’t a match, contact us within 14 days. We’ll confirm your purchase and issue a refund to the original payment method according to your provider’s timeline.
Is there a certificate?
Selected courses include completion certificates. When available, you can download them after finishing all required lessons and quizzes.
Do you offer live cohorts?
Yes. Some courses run as timed cohorts with Q&A sessions. When cohorts are open, you’ll see the schedule and time-zone converter inside your dashboard.
How quickly do I get access after purchase?
Usually within a minute. If payment confirmation is delayed, access may take up to 15 minutes. Check spam/junk for the welcome email.
Are the lessons accessible on mobile?
Yes. Lessons are designed for phones and tablets with responsive layouts, readable typography, and tap-friendly controls.
Do you provide captions or transcripts?
Many lessons include transcripts, and we continuously add improved captions. If you need a specific format, you can request it through support.
Can I learn at my own pace?
Yes. Most courses are self-paced. Cohort courses still allow lesson replays and catch-up windows, but live Q&A happens at scheduled times.
